How do I install My Family Cinema?

From your smartphone or tablet, access our official website and download the app directly to your device. To install MFC on your Smart TV, TV stick or TV box, access our official website from your computer, download the app, copy the file to a pendrive, insert it in the USB port of your device and install MFC. How do I activate my My Family Cinema subscription?

Plans purchased on our official website do not require a recharge code, they are automatically activated once the payment has been processed. In order to start enjoying the service right away, simply log in to the MFC APP with the same account and password you used to purchase your plan.

How do I recover my My Family Cinema password?

If you forgot your password, access our official website or the MFC APP and click on “Forgot your password?”. Once there, enter your email or phone and follow the steps. You will receive an email or SMS with a 4-digit code, copy it and finish completing the information. Bear in mind that messages may arrive at your spam folder.

I created an account with My Family Cinema and I didn't receive the free trial

Bear in mind that free trials can be accessed just once per device. If you log in to a device that has already enjoyed the free trial service, you won’t have access to the benefit again. Additionally, if your device came with a free trial period, you will not be able to enjoy the benefit again, not even when you create a new account.
